01 — Discovery call
We talk through your business, your store and what you actually need. No commitment required — just a conversation to make sure we're the right fit and I can scope the project properly.
02 — Proposal and quote
Within 48 hours of our call I'll send through a detailed proposal with scope, timeline and investment. No surprises.
03 — Deposit and kickoff
Once you're happy with the proposal, a deposit confirms your spot and we get started.
We offer payment plans of up to 3 months.
04 — Build
I get to work. You'll be kept across progress without being bombarded with questions. Most projects include a review round before anything is finalised.
05 — Launch
We get your store live. I'll make sure everything is working properly before we hand it over.
06 — Support
Every project includes a handover period so you're not left staring at your new store wondering what to do next.

How it works
Step 1 — Fill in the form
A short intake form so I understand exactly where you're stuck and what needs fixing. This makes sure a VIP Day is the right option for you before we go any further.
Step 2 — Strategy call (60 mins)
We jump on a call to map out your goals, pick the highest impact focus area and build a clear plan for your day. No surprises on the day itself.
Step 3 — Your VIP Day (5 hours)
I dive in and implement. Copy rewrites, page restructures, navigation fixes, SEO updates — whatever is going to move the needle most for your store. You stay available for quick approvals so we can move fast.
Step 4 — Handover (30 mins)
We wrap up with a walkthrough so you know exactly what was done, what changed and how to manage everything going forward.
