That might look like:

Fortnightly calls to work through strategy, review performance and plan what's next.
Monthly sessions to zoom out, check the numbers and make sure you're focused on the right things.
Support between sessions via Voxer or email for those moments when a decision can't wait until your next call.
Ads coaching if Meta is your weak spot and you want to actually understand what you're doing and why.
Social media strategy if you're showing up but not seeing results and you want that to change.

A combination of all of the above because your business is more complicated than one thing.

Whatever it looks like, it's built around your actual business. Not a template. Not a programme. Just real strategic support from someone who genuinely knows ecommerce.
